QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Management Process

Concentrated load test
Loading shall be applied to the structure through a steel indenter 25.4mm2. The footprint contact area should be 25.4mm*25.4mm.
Rolling load test
Apply a load on the rolls, test 1000times or 100000times to get the deflection of raised floor
Electronic resistance
Apply a 10V or 100V on anti static tiles, get the result of electronic resistance
Salt spray test
Put raised floor inside machine for a certain time, test the corrosion resistance of the raised floor
